Meet Kerri Schaffer

I started Kinspire Strategies with a simple belief: connection is everything. I’ve seen firsthand how the right message—delivered at the right time—can build trust, inspire action, and spark lasting change.

My background spans Fortune 100 companies, grassroots campaigns, and everything in between. Over the years, I’ve shaped narratives for global brands, launched campaigns from the ground up, and helped leaders align their people with purpose.

But what drives me most is people. I care deeply about helping others feel seen, heard, and inspired. That’s the ethos of my work, and the foundation of every partnership I take on. From boardrooms to ballot boxes, I’m not just an advisor, I’m a hands-on partner who brings structure, momentum, and creativity when and where you need it most.

Beyond the strategist title, I’m proud to be a daughter, sister, friend, and mentor. These roles keep me grounded and remind me what connection really means.
